Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Shipping):

For all orders shipped outside the European Union (specifically to the United States), the buyer acts as the Importer of Record. The buyer is solely responsible for compliance with all local import regulations, customs clearance, and the payment of any applicable local taxes, customs duties, or fees.

If a delivery is delayed, held, or returned to the seller because the buyer refuses to complete customs clearance, fails to provide required documentation, or refuses to pay local duties/taxes, the buyer will not be entitled to a refund of the shipping and return shipping costs.
